“Treading Water” is a film created by Jesse Dizard at CSU, Chico in 2013. It reveals disturbing history from the Sacramento Valley where trends in local water use and escalating attempts to transfer water are causing streams and wells to run dry. It provides a landscape view with interviews with local farmers, tribal members, fishermen, environmental activists, resource managers, and politicians.
